What did you make to eat today?

Cooked some smoked and fresh kielbasa. Then sauteed some onions and fried up some potato/cheese and sauerkraut pierogies.

Sounds good. I am under the weather, so I had soup, wife had a Turkey leg. I have a turkey breast that I may cook tomorrow in the pressure cooker. I think
I'll add some potatoes, carrots, onions, and parsnips ( if I can find good ones.)

I wasn't feeling too great so the kids and I had freezer food for lunch and leftovers for dinner. It was leftover home-made chicken soup though. :)

I did not inherit their culinary skills. :)

I've never 'made' kielbasa, but I have made pierogies.....just not this time

I can make pierogies . . . from scratch.... not too hard, just time consuming!

Krystian and I will have to get Jewel up for a pierogy day! We can teach her how to make them.
