I bought myself a Chinese cookbook over the weekend and tonight I made Cashew Chicken and Snow Peas & Garlic with Japanese noodles.
Oh my goodness! This is nothing like the American Chinese food I've tried! Scooter was just amazed - said it was just like China!
Can't wait to try something else....

Homemade red lentil soup with chicken...ate that most of the day
also made tuna salad, ate some a little while ago...

Went over to friends and had baby back ribs, garlic mashed potatoes, fried bass which he caught just a few days ago, bread and salad. The wives didn't eat ribs or bass, had grilled chicken instead.

kinda late to be asking........lol but what in the world are kielbasa...and pierogies??Cooked some smoked and fresh kielbasa. Then sauteed some onions and fried up some potato/cheese and sauerkraut pierogies.
