There's tons of variations on the ingredients that you can use:

I put 2 drained cans of tuna into a bowl, mixed in 2 eggs, some minced onions, 1/4 cup of bread crumbs, a few of sprinkles of parmesan cheese, a little parsley and salt and pepper to taste.

I shaped them into oblong patties and fried them in a little oil till browned, about 3 minutes each side. It makes about 6 patties.

Baked mostaccioli with garlic bread. So good, so satisfying, so makes one lethargic with the carb overload.

Well, I only used 3 heads of garlic - didn't count them... they were big, fat cloves. Oh my, it's so good!!! Of course, my fingers smell like garlic, but who cares.

OK, basmati rice and stir fry veggies I can do, but how did you fix the beef?

I used Guy Fieri's recipe from Food Network.

I did not, however, use the cornstarch. I sprinkle the soy sauce on the beef and let it marinate while I prepped the other ingredients.

I used a sweet chili sauce, and in my opinion, with the honey, the sauce was a bit too sweet and next time I will probalby use a sirachi chili sauce.

I did not have fresh ginger, so I used powdered ginger and mixed it with the sauce.

I also did not add the toasted sesame seeds but I would do so next time.

I did the beef (I used tri tip) in batches, keeping it warm on a plate in the oven. When it was done, I soaked up the excess oil from the frying pan (I don't have a wok), poured in the sauce to cook it down a bit. I used a whisk to get the browned meat bits off the bottom of the pan.

I poured the sauce over the beef, and served the stir fry veggies (I get these in a bag from Costco - and instead of frying because it adds calories... I boiled them only) and rice at the table.
