The woman living with us made it pot roast style. It wasn't great. She won't use seasonings - and it was rather bland. Oh well. . . . She's not much of a cook, but means well - she has either undercooked or overcooked the veggies - last night it was undercooked brussel sprouts. I need to take a more active role in cooking when she cooks - that's all....
Tonight we're having Chicken Breasts... and I so want to try roasted cauliflower! Maybe tonight if I get home early enough to do the cooking. *sigh*

Grilled Mahi Mahi in a lemon garlic sauce with fresh steamed artichokes. Yum!

I did a dusk walk on the nature trail. Lots of little birdies are out at that time, along with the deer. Then the chef prepared a nice salmon in orange sauce. It was a great evening.
